  Good day all,

This message concerns ONLY those who have won a
scholarship and have NOT file their reimbursement claim.

Please, fill in the form available at
http://www.iclei-europe.org/fileadmin/images/ITC/target_zero/reimbursement_request.doc

Then, send us by POST MAIL all the ORIGINAL RECEIPTS,
before June 9 2006. The address is at the top of the form
or at the bottom of this email.

Note: Reimbursement are for travel expenses up to 200€ for
accomodation and travel.

PS. ICLEI had decided to continue involving youth in its
events and is investigating how to expand the capacity
building linked with it. Stay tuned on this list for
