MSA Training Courses for 2007
Dear All,
Management Strategies for Africa (MSA) is pleased to announce its training
courses for the rest of the year (2007).Our mission is to strengthen human
and institutional capacity for health development organizations through
organization development consultancy, training, and research services as
well as program support, in partnership with strategic allies. The three
training programs are
1.Monitoring and Evaluation course (rescheduled) August 27 31, 2007
The training is designed to strengthen capacity of participants to design
and implement an effective monitoring and evaluation system to support
project implementation. Participants are M&E Directors, Managers and
Officers, Program Managers/Officers, Research and M&E Assistants and
other individuals whose work relate with M&E generally
2.NGO Governance and Board Development September 17 21, 2007
The course is designed to develop awareness of the context in which Boards
operate, the larger theme of governance,, the board cycle and collective
responsibilities of the board in managing and providing strategic leadership
to organizations. Participants are Chief Executives and Board members of
Civil Society Organisations, Administration Officers and those staff
involved in managing and coordinating governance and board development
functions in their organizations.
3.Organizational Development November 12 15, 2007
The course is designed to expose participants to strategies for establishing,
building and maintaining a balanced and healthy organization for increased
effectiveness and sustainable impact of operations.Participants are Chief
Executives, Board members, Directors and Managers of Organisations and
Programs. Staff in administration, support services and human resources are
also eligible to attend.
These courses are also available in customized forms for organizations with
not less than 15 participants
