	Dear Chi, Honestly i have personally noted this trend as high resistance and failure of prescriptions, which usually effect quick change in ARV Regiment Drugs [ noted amongst few patients, i've paid 'presonal close-monitoring'] and this had given a big question mark to the overall gud success of the 'ARV/PEPFAR' program esp when the date of its discontinuation is approaching faster, except the In-Coming American President do something In my opinion, i think observing the following could help to stem this dangerous trend: [a] Constant & consistent checking of Patients VIRAL LOAD TESTING, to be general every 3months interval [b] Creating more centers in all states for the checking of Viral load test, [Plateau state is luky to have- people go from Benue to have it done] [c] GOVT AT THE STATES AND FEDERAL SHOULD COMMIT MORE FUNDS TO ESTABLISH MORE CENTERS, POSSIBLY 2 OF SUCH IN EACH STATES AND NOT ONLY IN THE CAPITAL [d] More Training to Medical Personnel/Care Givers of the relevance to constantly check the Viral-Load Tests of thier Wards as CD-4 Count tests are important [e] The involvement of Foriegn Donor Organization, to identify this problem, by providing fundings for On-The-Spot Monitorig of Privately owned ARV Centers THANKU Pastor Richard Rotimi Johnmark [mnipr] National Coordinator, GLOBAL-LIFE IMPACT FOUNDATION c/o Glorious Church of the First-Born Inc Opposite Jesus College, P.O.BOX 1313, Otukpo, Benue State +2348025342965
