AFRIGROWTH FOUNDATION ESSAY COMPETITION 2007
TOPIC: MENTORING: A Capacity Building Process Which Could Change Lives.
Participate in this essay competition and tell us how mentoring has affected your life.
Write a 2,000 word essay on how you identified your mentor, What you have learnt through
the mentoring process, In what ways you will consider this mentoring experience useful to you Who would you consider to be your role model in the Nigerian society and why, How can other young people learn from adults through mentoring
PRIZES
· Grand Prize : Laptop and N50,000 cash
· 2nd Prize : N35,000
· 3rd Prize : N15,000
REQUIREMENTS
- Submissions will be accepted till August 21st, 2007
- Participants must be between 18 and 25 years of age
- Each Essay must be accompanied by an abstract (Max. one page)
- All Essays must be original. No previously published material will be accepted
- Participants must be Nigerian residing in Nigeria
- Submit your essay in English language only.
- The competition is open to Students and non-Students
- All entries must have: Full name, Age, Sex, Contact Address, Telephone numbers and Email
