As a follow up to my mail of yesterday, I am
suggesting the following timeframe to guide us . This
timeframe is subject to the approval or agreement of
the whole working Group.
1.) Early June 2006-
a. Acceptance letter written to GYCA.
b. All necessary background details and information

2.) Mid June 2006-
a. Brainstorming and decision on workshop subtopics
and framework finalised by the Group.
b. Subtopics and responsibilities shared out among the
Group members or teams within the Group for
development into workshop presentations.

workshop(subtopics) presentation documents by teams or
individuals within the working Group.

a. Final workshop documents ready.
b. Members of the Group take up roles and
responsibilities as regards workshop presentation
proper in Toronto, ie who coordinates what?, who
facilitates what?, who presents what?
( it is assummed that by this time,we would have been
certain of who amongs this Group will be travelling to
Toronto.)
6. Early August 2006-
a. Everything about workshop preparation and
presentation ready!
This is all I have for now.
This is just a suggestion. Other opinions are highly
welcome!
Kenneth and Connie, and every other person please say
something, I know you guys have the stuff!
I shall be in touch by weekend.
