	Hi everyone, Let me start by welcomming everybody to this working group.I think we all know ourselves already. This will even make things easier and smoother. i alsowish to thank Sanushka for creating the E-working group. I must say that I am excited to be part of this group,especially as we have a very competent and capable person,Shanushka, steering this group. I am very confident that will be suuccessful . 1.) Now that the stage is set for us to start.I suggest that sanushka assists us in writing GYCA on our acceptance of the invitation. Let us also find out from GYCA the setting of the workshop,ie. a. How many hours or days is alloted to us to run the workshop. b. The nature and type of the audience/workshop participants and their presumed knowledge level. c. The kind of workshop presentation facilities available at the workshop venue. 2.) After we have ascertained these background information, we can then proceed to brainstorming on the subtopics/subthemes for the workshop ,this ofcourse will depend among other considerations,on the time made available to us to run the workshop and our audience . 3.) After we have agreed on the subtopics, we may have to share out the sutopics among ourselves so as to research, develop and prepare workshop presentations. Two people may work on the same subtopic. 4.) The prepared workshop presentation are then presented to the entire group for further discussion and more inputs. 5.) When all the workshop presentations are accepted by the Group(us), then we can choose/select who presents what. This will of course depend on who is going to Toronto, the core competencies, and the willingness to do so. We need to start as soon as possible! We also need to set up a timeframe for each stage of this process. This is all I have now. I am looking forward to reading all your beautiful suggestions on how to move this mission forward.
