1. Do you think governments are good in using technology to make public > information and services available for their citizens?

No! in most of the ministries we tried to send e-messages to failed, some now have websites but the transfer of information continues to be lacking, however for political use they are quite good.

2. How can governments use technology to have a closer dialogue with young people about public policies and services?

We are of the view that through the Youth Policy - when established - maybe a good way to interact with youth and the public in general, for example if they would consider radio or TV call in just to allow the voices of youth to be heard, might be a start, suggested by those (now adult) before, yet to happen - but there is hope------
