  Dear All,

Happy to bring a contribution for this consultation, My Name is MUKAMA Nicholas, from Jeunesse Horizon, NGO based in Cameroon.

1. Do you think governments are good in using technology to make public information and services available for their citizens?

Governments here in Cameroon, is doing what he can to make public information and services available for their citizens, but not much to help young people to be more informed and implicated in decision making.

2. How can governments use technology to have a closer dialogue with young people about public policies and services?

- firstly, Government should facilitate internet's access for young people and others.
- secondly, Government have to create a web forum or some thing like Youtube where government members can interact with young people, this to make young people give their ideas in some problems concerning the development of the country. We can not forget youth's problem in the country if this interactivity exist.

Thank

Nicholas MUKAMA
