  1. Do you feel that the public services offered in your country reflect the needs and wishes of young people? What is your experience in using public services?

In my view, public services in Brazil do not reflect the needs of our youth (it's important signal that these young people is fragmented). My experience refers to actions of civil society, with institutional support of public power. In other purposes, the Brazilian youth is delighted and connected to partisan interests, using social problems as an instrument of political campaign - only they have the endorsement for use of public services.

2. What can governments do to improve their public services and make sure they reflect the needs of their citizens?

For me, the first step towards the social balance is education. The government needs to promote equal rights, including freedom and leisure. I see in leisure activities an important mechanism for education, from which we can use to build a common ecological awareness. Investment in arts and shows can be a wonderful tool for education - can increase the capacity of interpretation and expression of our citizens. Finally, art and leisure equipment are of social union. Our governments need to draw these inturmento
towards a sustainable society.
