	1. Do you feel that the public services offered in your country reflect the needs and wishes of young people? What is your experience in using public services? The public services in my country do not reflect the needs of young people. My experience using public service was terrible, the bureaucracy there was just annoying, even when I tried to do a project with them to assist young people have access to youth friendly health services, they walked out of the project. 2. What can governments do to improve their public services and make SSure they reflect the needs of their citizens? I think by putting the human person central is the policy making process, this way people’s needs and aspirations are considered first than the economic cost of putting such services in place.
