	Dear Friends, Welcome to the second week of this e-consultation on Citizen Centred Policies and Services. In the first week we explored the participation of young people in designing public policies - in the second week we will look at the experiences of young people when using public services. The term public services is usually used about service offered from the government to its citizens, and can include education, transportation, health and mental care, and counseling. The experiences you have at public schools, public hospitals and public buses all reflect the public services in your country. The discussion questions for Week 2 are: 1. Do you feel that the public services offered in your country reflect the needs and wishes of young people? What is your experience in using public services? 2. What can governments do to improve their public services and make sure they reflect the needs of their citizens? Please provide your answers before Tuesday May 20.
