  Dear All

Hope u r all well.

For me, this is Adel Gana from Algeria, I'm A Lead trainer, counselor for public relations with educational institutions, also I'm general manager of "HASSAD" -youth magazine-

For the discussion's questions:

1. Do you feel the views of young people are sufficiently included in designing public policy? What are the barriers to participation?

Of course Young people are the hope and the future, and as long as the young lead to sustainable development and contribute effectively to global issues and no one can deny their role in the industry future, so must bear their various concerns and defend it and fight for them. I think that the lone obstacle to the participation of youth is: "Lack of the will political of Governments to do it"

2. What steps can governments take to facilitate greater youth participation?

With good faith: the first duty of government is required to establish the Government of the youth: it is a project aimed at launching the political dynamism of youth to keep abreast of developments at the political, and monitor the performance of government, each ministry to an end, allowing the public to give a clearer idea of government performance and alternatives that could have been resorted to in all decisions taken by.

The youth of today are the decision makers of tomorrow, and involving them in managing the affairs of the country, even through the government, is to train them to exercise power and enlighten the experience of leadership in the future days.

Changing the legal system so as to allow young people to seek jobs in the state and not take into account the age of choice.
