	Dear Friends, I must congratulate you in advance for the completion of your service year. And i must need apologise for my inability to meet up with the challenges of maintaining this online community. I guess i was just taken aback by the lack of cooperation from majority of stakeholders. All the same, i wish to immensenly thank those who have kept in touch via the internet on phone through voice and sms, your response are most valued.
