Introduction:
Nigeria Youth Synergy (NYS) is a Youth Led Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with major focus on Youth Development was established in 2004

Vision:
Nigeria Youth Synergy visualizes herself as an organization that stands to abridge and promote an all-inclusive sustainable youth development in the society.

Mission:
Purposefully to capitalize in youths to encourage them to devote their inventiveness and resources for sustainable human and natural development through viable programs.

Goal:
Decisively is to promote the enablement and accessibility to general youth development in the society, State and the Country.

Objectives:
· To encourage youths to create resourceful forums.
· To foster proper assessment of situations in the society that directly affect youths.
· To assist them to bring about likeable solutions to those situations.
· To build on those solutions the sustainable means.
Targets:
· Employment: The various analyzed programs are to encourage self-employment through entrepreneurial skills acquisition, financial and technical assistants, encourage marketability.

· Good Governances: Working towards the young people direct involvement and participation in decisions making on programs and policies that directly affect them. So also inclusive in the direct monitoring of public finances for proper credibility and accountability.

· Social Right and Development: Through weekly, fortnight, monthly and periodic programs like Teens Outreach Program, Reform Juvenile Program (for Juvenile Remand Homes), directly aims to encourage moral development and awareness of social rights.

· Education for All: To encourage compulsory education for all young people in the vicinity. This is to generally encourage the embrace Universal Basic Education for Nigerians. We are directly involved in the mobile sensitization of Education for all in rural settlements.

· Reproductive Health: To re-orientate reproductive behaviors and attitudes in young people through in-depth programs like Awareness Campaigns on HIV/AIDS, Prostitutions on Campuses and Trial-Marriages on Campuses.

· Gender and Equality: To discourage gender disparity among young people with programs that targets Adolescent and strived to disabused the orientation of male superiority.

· Water and Sanitation: There are programs that target environmental development, water and sanitation to bring about coherent environment in the immediate vicinity.
