	Dear GYCAers, We have all the honor to be members of the GYCA and the volunteers engaged for the fight against for the HIV / AIDS. But I find a lack of will among the members of the GYCA to know his management team because of quite the organizations of young people; OXFAM YOUTH, TIG, YOUTHFOR HUMANRIGHT, are structures which work well. Let us know that we are the future and thus plutard we shall be catch up by what we committed in past as for example the carelessness. From our nommination as NFP of our countries, he has to be to distribute Letters of accreditation for each of us to be credible in front of different NGO whom we meet in the exercise of our functions(offices); that was not the case. I imagine the GYCA which is also flat one international shape of young people which has NFP in majorities of countries worldwide owed more credible than for ever because to draft a letter and to send a Fax to the office(desk) country of the UNFPA and UNAIDS of our respective countries had to not raise a problem. I wish that the team of the GYCA is more relevant as the other structures.
