Thank you very much Josphine we need good infrastures in place that is youth targeted like the youth resource centres and other competitions and awards to recognice youth participation in community development and also of importants, is a regular community senstisation as we have most of this youths that are not aware of such developments. This is the time to go to the community and let the community youth have sense of ownership of the project. Let it not look as if it is government project let them be involve in the planning and montoring of the implementations by this they will go a long way in helping to contribute more and also identify their needs and challenges.
 
Another point is to have a good monitoring tools that can be used to sustain the project. The question of WHO, WHY, WHERE, HOW should be put into consideration.
The forum where are in today, how many of the affected in the communities are aware. Atleast there should be an open space where these conference posting can be are or displayed with a project in the communities this will also show that some body some where is interested in the development of Niger Delta as it affects all of, both directly and indirectly.
