  I agree with fillis and i think what can be done to help the people is
continuous advocacy and sensitisation on the issue.as part of their
advocacy strategy they can make the various organisations be exposed the
fact they will some day need their and therefore it is just prudent to
invest in them which in turn will help them get their needed workforce in
the future.what we can do also is to explore the options given by fillis and
i think by so doing we will be helping our brothers and sisters in the
Niger Delta.
