  Militancy in the Niger Delta is like children who are forced into
using arms at their early life and such instincts lives with them even
when they grow to become adult.

Its alright to instigate employment in the Niger Delta but the first
fact to be considered is building a solid foundation for such idea to
thrive on. Obviously, the psychology of the youth involved in
militancy is completely changed and mentioning the concept of
employment to them is like a long spreading water on bird feathers.

The lasting solution thus would be to create a forum where youth
(particularly those involved in militancy) would be thrilled on to
having a changed psychology that without crisis (carrying guns),
positive change can be achieved and on the platform of peaceful
dialogue, rights of the Niger Delta can be achieved.
