Dear all,
Hope you are all well. It is with great sadness that I send out this email
about the end of the CHANGE 2006 programme.
All the information is below, most important, please email me back the
following 4 documents by Wednesday 25 April: March Monthly Report,
Evaluation Form, Mentor Form & Award Form. Any photos you have from your
campaigning would be grafefully recieved.

1. What next?
The whole point of the CHANGE programme is of course that you 'graduate'
and continue to campaign for us. We will be sending out a formal letter of
thanks for your amazing contributions this year, and we really hope that we
hope that we can continue to reap the benefits of your skills and energy
and work together to campaign for change.
The end of CHANGE 2006 means that you will no longer be following a set
programme of action or support. You will however continue to be 'high-level
activists' and you details transferred to the Activist Support Team. You
will recieve Activist News monthly and you will continue any of the
following Supporter Rroles you may have signed up to:
- E-activist
- Media Activist
- Constituency Activist
In addition, we are currently reviewing activism within Oxfam and we launch
new Supporter Roles in June, which you will be informed of by the Activist
Support Team.
The final action we would like you to take as a Changeling will be the
Trade Justice Rally next Thursday. We will be meeting at around 11.45 next
Thursday by the big green Oxfam banners outside the German Embassy. Please
see previous emails for more information.
2. Final Monthly Report: March
Please fill in you last ever (sob) Monthly Report for March, see attached.
Please email this back to me by Wednesday 25 April.

3. Evaluation
Please find attached an evaluation form, reviewing the 6 month programme of
action. It is vital that we have your views so we can review the actions we
ask of you and the support that we provide, as well as learning from your
experiences. Please email this back to me by Wednesday 25 April.

4. Mentoring future Changelings
We would love for you to be avaliable to give advice to future Changelings,
and put you in contact with future Changelings campaigning in your area.
More information on the mentor scheme is in the attached document. Please
complete the form part of the document and email to me by Wednesday 25
April.

5. Facilitating at CHANGE 2007 Training
It would be great if you were prepared to be a facilitator at the CHANGE
2007 training event, which will be held 01-07 September in Bristol. I did
this last year having been a Changeling the year before and found it really
enjoyable and learnt a great deal. If you are interesting in facilitating
this year please email me.
6. CHANGE Award
As you know, we are offering one of you a two week all-expenses-paid trip
to visit Oxfam's programme somewhere in the world. Please find attached the
application form for this award. Please email this back to me - together
with your March Monthly Report, Evaluation & Mentor Forms - by Wednesday 25
April.
7. CHANGE 2006 Book & Certificates: Request for photos
Using your monthly reports and your photos I can going to compile a book of
your CHANGE 2006 programme, for you to cherish, keep next to your bed and
pass on to your grandparents. To do this it would be awesome if you emailed
me in ANY photos you have doing campaigner-related things. So please email
me any photos or absent monthly reports by Wednesday 25 April.
We will be sending out this book with a formal letter of thanks and a
volunteering certificate.
8. Reunion
At the January renuion people were keen to have another reunion at the end
of CHANGE. I'm very sorry to say we don't have the funds to pay for your
travel expenses to attend a reunion, but I am more than happy to work with
another Changeling to arrange a get together. If you would be interested in
helping me arrange a reunion social please let me know.
If you have any questions regarding this email or the end of CHANGE please
do let me know. I just want to say thanks to all of you myself, it's been
great working with you and getting to know you, I'm sure I'll see you all
soon and I look forward to campaigning with you in the future!
