  Hi Everyone,

Apologies for the slowness of the e-consultation - have been a few technical
difficulties. We're going to continue the discussions until this Friday- So
you will receive the final report in early April.

Thanks so much for the great ideas being shared! We have conveyed some of
them to the Youth Pavilion and Reception committees.

Christabell, you brought up some great ideas. Regarding a session on
Commitments- we will have a major session on Youth Leadership,
Accountability, and Involvement where we will highlight both people who made
commitments last year (in clips of the Toronto YouthForce film, which you
can watch clips of here: http://youthforce.takingitglobal.org)

If anyone was at Toronto, do you remember during the Pre-Conference there
was part of an advocacy training session that encouraged youth conference
delegates to 1) Get to the front of the questions and answers line to ask
about youth specific issues that were relevant to the session, 2) be wearing
the youthforce t-shirt :) 3) escort the speakers or adult audience members
back to the youth adults commitments desk to make a commitment.

Would that be effective again? I worry that if we had a session of people
making commitments, it would be chaotic and maybe not too interesting.

For everyone, a question came up about the design of the posters and
materials. People found the close up shot of young people's faces to be very
effective, and wondered if we should continue with the same concept for
AIDS2008. I think it needs to be changed a bit... other thoughts?

Thanks
Joya
