Dear Volunteers,
I must once again express my appreciation for your voluntary support and
look forward to seeing you all over the next few days.
I feel utmost pride in contacting this group of volunteers and I'm sure
together we can shed light on the important issues plaguing this earth even
amongst a flurry of trivial glitter and extravagance!
Preparations are pretty much complete for the event; here are the final bits
of information you'll need.
Before reading ahead can everybody please send an email to
MPHE-Outreach (at) groups.takingitglobal.org with their name and mobile number in
it.
-Day Assignment
Here are the days each person has been assigned to
Thursday- Jaser, Sehr, Reem, Nida, Alex
Friday - Rhiann, Kristina, Alex, Monisha
Saturday - Sana, Nadia R, Nadia P, Zahir, Anish, Diya
I believe I have managed to meet everybody's needs, please feel free to
contact me if there are any issues.
-Dress
We will provide MPH t-shirts to those working their shift but will have to
swap them once their shift is over,
Therefore please have something you can wear under your t-shirt, wear
something flashy, it's a fashion show :-)
-Timing
I need everyone to arrive by 1pm at the airport expo on Friday and Saturday,
On Thursday please be there ASAP after school finishes
-Food and Drink
Although we would have loved to provide you with lunch and dinner, we are
running on a zero budget and have obtained all we have through sponsorship,
Unfortunately we never got around to a food sponsor, so please bring your
own lunch, or money to buy food and drink at the venue,
