hey jaser..
as i mentioned in my previous mail...friday is the onlie day i cnt make it...would it be possible to get assigned to a differnt day?
if its not ill work somrthing out...thanks tons

I'd cheerfully like to inform you that preparations are going well for
Fusion 06
I'll now go over how we will go about making our appearance at the event.
We will have approx. 3-5 people at the venue on at each day, Their jobs will
be to distribute leaflets and answer any questions that they may be asked
about the campaign, you'll be wearing white MPH t-shirts that we'll provide.
We'll need only 2-3 people maximum working at a time so we'll work in
shifts. During your free time feel free to explore the venue, the event
looks really exciting!

Now I'll make sure I speak to all of you individually, probably by telephone
as a meeting is improbable due to the fact that we all have school.
As of now I have not got back as many confirmatory emails as I had hoped so
If your name is not is not assigned to one of the days below, please get
that email back to me ASAP :-) You'll notice we have quite a few slots
missing.
Thursday- Jaser, Sehr, Reem, Nadia
Friday - Sana, Rhiann, Anish, Diya
Saturday - Sana, Nida, Madeline,
