Dear Leaders of Cameroon,
Let me begin by wishing all of you, wherever you may
be, all the best in the year 2007. My sincere hope is
that we dedicate a bit of the huge success that this
year will bring to us to the growth of PANeL Cameroon.
To that end, I am writing on behalf of the steering
committee of PANeL Cameroon to invite you to attend an
a constitutive general assembly meeting of PANeL
Cameroon on 3 March 2007 in Yaounde. Time and venue
would be confirmed shortly.
The meeting would have the following main points:
· Adoption of PANeL Cameroon Constitution
· Election of Executive
· Discuss outreach event
· AOB
As you may have realised from the above agenda, this
meeting is of utmost importance if we want PANeL to
have a legal existence and start acting to take
Cameroon and Africa forward through a shift in the way
we perceive and exercise leadership. Therefore please,
make an effort to surmount the challenges we
understand you may be facing, and attend.

Dear Leader, please be reminded that the registration
fee for PANeL Cameroon is 5000 FCFA. Only registered
members would be allowed to contest in the elections
to vote our executive.
I am aware that many of us have had personal stories
to share about how the 6-7-8 have impacted on our
lives and relationships. These stories are good.
However, it is time we start writing stories of how we
have made an impact on the kind of leadership that
exists in our communities. These good ideas should not
end with few of us who have made it to this programme.
That is the raison detre of PANeL. It is a step
towards answering the question: What kind of
leadership do you want for Africa?
