Introduction
Murengeza is a rural community consisting of a number of dispersed villages. The people of that community are very motivated to develop their Province as others are growing. Two things essential element are the missing: electricity and information. Without neglecting the importance of that element, we can contribute to develop them in that community the need is in the urgent category because out of information and electricity young people can not gain more knowledge or improvement in their studies.
