	1. Are there specific practices or approaches you think would increase collaboration among young people, development agencies, and national governments? Answer First of all the approach should include the where , when and how to find the youths. a. Some youths in developing countries of Africa(Uganda in this instance)are inclined or frequent,the church/mosque or culturall institutions or setups. b. Others are based in Educational institutions,or working, or fall under various socio-economic categories.. c. It could be wise to find out how to include,contact the stakeholders of such grouppings incase the youths are needed or have to participate in any undertakings.(Think of the mobile nomadic or pastolists) i.Trace them on their fields d. The youths themselves should be given chance to be part of the early implementation and execution state of the programmes affecting or targettting them, because Youths respect and listen more to their fellow Youths in most cases. 2. How do you think we in general can ensure increased youth participation and impact in national and local development programmes? Why or why not? Answer a. The youths should be contacted in time, through the various categories and institutions which they have trust in.For example;The moslem youths may respond more positively to any action brought under the islamic organisations(mosque) or arab based organisation.Contrary to an idea/project under the Church or certain ''WESTERN COUNTRIES"Get alive narration of Polio Vaccination in Nigeria which failed because the suspicion of the Moslem population and America. 3. How can we ensure the invitation and subsequent participation of young people in the national and regional assessment processes related to core ICPD efforts (such as family planning, reproductive health, sexually transmitted disease and gender equality)?
