  1. Do you know of efforts among young people to coordinate their efforts on and participation in promoting family planning, reproductive health, addressing sexually transmitted disease and gender equality?

ANS:
Theree is no perciptible effort i have seen young people towards organizing or promoting family planninhg, reproductive health, addrerssing sexually transmitted diseases and gender eguality recently.

2. In your experience, what conditions have led to the best opportunities for young people to actively participate in activities which seek to promote family planning, reproductive health, and gender equality and address sexually transmitted disease? What have been the greatest barriers?

ANS:
Non-Governmental organization sponsored programs have always given the young people to best participate in the promoting both family planning and reproductive health education. The platform usually help the lads to unburden themselves of every anxiety as well as difficult health issues.

2a, However, the corruption factor in the society have always been the grreatest impediment for the young people to not participate in such programs. Money or funds assign for the promotion of this programs in the wrong hands of acclaimed public officers have always been diverted to personal accounts or atimes shared among the supposed watch-dogs of the society. Go to streets in our countreis to find out how many young people have been previledged to attend a public or government sponsored campaigns or workshops on such vital issues affecting the entire humanity.

3. How have the perspectives and opinions of young people been perceived among public and private institutions designing and implementing development programmes, with particular attention to those on family planning, reproductive health, sexually transmitted disease and gender equality?

ANS:
The society is yet to give the young people their presitine position in both making and executing policies that directly or indirectly affects the young people. The sage on their lips have been :'OBI IS A BOY..OBI IS STILL A BOY' . Some average individuals in some public offices do believe that the young people are nothing but bundle of menace. In some occasion they are tagged delinquent and as such his or her opinion should be given appropriate consideration as per implementing and executing of policies in the area of family planning, reproductive health, sexually trasmitted diseases and gender equality.

There was this special case where a trained public Nurse taking us on a group for HIV/Aids awareness refused to grant access to free condom to some young people in the group on the grounds of her religious orientation. I think this should not be so as this alone is capable of discouraging these young people from further participation in such programs. You can imagine the probable danger in case.
