I have not used a creditcard so far and can not afford to have one, as it requires an annual income far above my present. I would like to test whether the Microsoft Provided wallet System in my computer works correctly. I have internet connection and a land phone line. Can you send me Ten dollars(US$10.00) via a credit card to help me test my system?.
