Recently, I got a link of a very Interactive Rapid Survey Learning course. I
attended few of the very nice lectures. It is a free-online course. No
registration required.

It is very good resource for Health systems' fellows. The lectures also
outline needs for statistical software packages and has some printable
manuals.
