	Dear GYCA members, I'm writing to tell you that today is my last day as GYCA Program Director. It has been an amazing experience working with and being a part of the fabulous GYCA team over the last 3.5 years. I have grown and learned so much during my time here that helps me to be a stronger advocate, and I appreciate having connected with so many of you on a personal level as well as working jointly to ensure that youth issues are effectively addressed in the response to HIV. GYCAs membership and impact continues to grow as part of a strong global HIV response, (largely thanks to the excellent work of each of you!), and it has been a privilege to serve you all. I know that the GYCA team will carry on the impressive and important mandate of our network, and I look forward to seeing all the great work of GYCA and its members in the coming years.
