  Hello, GYCA!

Please find attached the report from the Latin American Regional
Consultation on Progress towards Universal Access for Prevention, Treatment,
Care and Support, which was held in Mexico City (March, 1st and 2nd).
As you may be aware, the regional consultations are important part of the
process towards the upcoming UN High Level Meeting on HIV/AIDS.
