	apologies for cross pointing Dear colleagues and friends, As you may know, at the end of last month young people from Youth RISE, GYAN, GYCA and Espolea participated in the 54 Session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) that is organized annually by the UNODC. We have produced a small report of our activities and learnings (featuring a small piece on why it is important for the HIV response to get interested in drugs policies and the different resolutions adopted this year).
