Suite à la récente consultation sous-régionale de l'Afrique de l'Ouest
et du Centre sur l'accès universel qui s'est tenue du 03 au 04 mars
2011, à Dakar, j'ai le plaisir de partager avec vous le rapport en
français et en anglais. Ce document vise à mettre en relief les
discussions issues de chaque groupe de travail des différentes
sessions ainsi que les recommandations générales des deux jours de
réunions.

Dear Colleagues,



Following the recent WCA sub-regional consultation on Universal Access
which took place in Dakar from 3-4 March, I am pleased to share with
you the outcome document in French and English. This document aims to
highlight the discussions from each of the group work sessions as well
as the overarching recommendations from the two day meeting.
