Can our Kenya members do anything to support this bill? There are a lot of you!

Anyone found practicing female circumcision will be jailed for seven
years or fined Sh500,000 if a new Bill is passed into law. Under the
Bill, anyone who causes death while carrying out FGM will be liable to
life imprisonment. The Bill was introduced in Parliament yesterday by
Mt Elgon MP Fred Kapondi.
