Call for 2011 World Conference Abstracts
Abstracts are now being accepted for research to be presented at the 42nd World
Conference on Lung Health on 26-30 October 2011 in Lille, France.
Submissions must be made online prior to the deadline: 7 March 2011.
Dear Colleagues,
The Union is happy to announce the Call for Online Submission of Abstracts for
presentation at the 42nd Union World Conference on Lung Health to be held in
Lille, France from 26-30 October 2011.
The theme of the conference is "Partnerships for scaling-up and care". We are
particularly interested in attracting abstracts on the following broad topics:
tuberculosis, asthma, pneumonia, HIV/AIDS, tobacco-related and all other lung
diseases, as well as the health consequences of air pollution.
The deadline for submission is 7 March 2011. For instructions and online
submission please click here.
Abstracts that are selected will be allocated to either an oral presentation
session or poster session. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their
abstracts before the end of June 2011. Selected abstracts will be published in
the Abstract Book of the conference as a supplement to the International Journal
of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (IJTLD).
