	Dear GYCA members, After considering your requests for extension of the deadline for the submission of the RFP applications, GYCA has extended the deadline to Friday 26th November 2010. We are accepting applications from all regions except Asia Pacific and Western Europe. (If you are not sure which region your country falls under, do refer to the attached 'countries by region' document). Also attached is the application pack for those who missed the earlier distribution.
