This year, we are accepting applications from the following regions: v Eastern Europe and Central Asia v Middle East and North Africa v West Africa v Central Africa v East Africa v Southern Africa v South Asia v Latin America v The Caribbean v North America v Asia Pacific If you are not sure what region you fall under, kindly refer to the regional list document attached. The deadline for submission is *Sunday 21st November 2010 5pm EST.
