  Dear comrade,
after a thorough baseline survey successfully completed early this Month in 10States in the Northern Nigeria conducted by MICADO with other two NGOs...it was shocking to note the followings:
1. Volunteers do consider Volunteering as full employment intently though not in deed!
2. Volunteers always eager to receive pay for service rendered
3. Custodian of Volunteers do not thoroughly understand the concept of volunteerism
4...Others findings...so numerous and shocking!
