	Dear Young Friends, 5th APCRSHR （www.5apcrshr。org ） is currently being held in Beijing, China from 17-20 October. The first day of the conference was youth day on 17th October. On the basis of 3 week E consultation with over 200 young people and 1 day youth forum meeting with 100 young people at the Asia Pacific Conference on Reproductive Sexual Health and Rights, young people came out with the declaration .
