Observers have an important role to increase the engagement and access of young people to the PCB. This is a great opportunity to learn about the proceedings of the PCB, and to report back your learnings to your community. The World AIDS Campaign will cover the costs for your travel and stay. In return, you are asked to write a report on the proceedings from your community, and to share your learnings with them. The deadline for applications is May 28th.
