  Dear Imane and all,

Welcome back and I understand how much you are busy wit your intern, I
really appreciate your ideas:-

1- I have the list of Regional Arab network of NGOs working against HIV/AIDS
in the region and I have good contact with their secretariat here in Egypt,
I tried to contact them but, response was week so, our alternative will be
start with 1-2 strong organization which can help more in capacity building
and for promotion of GYCA.

But, if you have contact that help for mapping please send to use because we
face problem in mapping in the region (attached the mapping strategy to add
organizations in the region)

2- I agree totally with your idea to have representatives in more countries
in the region, now we have Egypt, Sudan, Tunisia and Morocco representatives
for GYCA I am looking with scouts to have more members in the Asian part of
the Arab countries like gulf regions but, if you have any nominees please
send to me we need to have more representatives in the region.

(We can develop application for those who like to join us because they
should have internet access, time and experience in the field)

3- About regional plan we are aiming mainly to promote for GYCA in the next
few months, there is a lot of ideas like having one slogan for the members
of the region about youth, sharing in the WAD with UNAIDS, develop IEC
materials prepared by youth and promote for GYCA
