Subject: Promoting and Supporting Youth Green Entrepreneurship.
Sent: Mar 4th, 2012 - 12:21:51

  Hi All,

The Kenya Youth Network for Rio+20 and Beyond is partnering with the
International Labour Organization under their Youth Entrepreneurship
Facility program (
http://www.yefafrica.org/index.php?do=/youth-entrepreneurship-facility/) to
identity, promote and support youth groups and individuals working in and
interested in Green Entrepreneurship. This partnership is in implementing
the action plan as outlined in our Nairobi Declaration article 5 which call
for "Encourage investment in, and the promotion of, eco-friendly
entrepreneurship."

The Kenya Youth Network for Rio+20 and Beyond is currently mobilizing and
mapping all youth groups that work in promoting Green Entrepreneurship and
putting young people into business. Also, we are identifying individuals
with good concepts on Green Entrepreneurship and seek support to start a
business. We are creating a database of all youth groups working on
entrepreneurship. ILO is committed to proving support for activities that
benefit entrepreneurs at the business level.

If your youth group or you know one that has a program on entrepreneurship,
kindly get in touch with us by sending an email to keynrb (at) gmail.com and
providing the following details:

- Name of youth group
- Group objectives
- Brief details of the program
- Name of contact person and position
- Email
- Phone number
- Website (if any)

Together we can unleash Kenyan entrepreneurship and eradicate poverty.
Kindly forward this to your networks

Cheers!
