	Dear Participants: Greetings to you!! We have come to the third week of our consultation on ICPD +15 and Youth Concerns So far we have discussed on the challenges faced by youth in Africa and issues of Health (condoms, HIV and Contraceptives). This week we will begin with the following questions. Please send as your responses (short or long) without hesitation. a. Do you think HIV prevention is Africa is being neglected? Do you think it has anything to do with availability of medication (ARVs)? b. What are the reasons behind lack of contraceptives for young African women? c. What changes would you like to see in the next 5 years regarding the reproductive health and family planning issue in your country? Please add also your input on the issues found below: o Is there a coordination of youth issues from the grass root level to Ministerial and Parliamentarian level? o What does the youth political involvement looks like given the fact that 70% of the population of the continent is constituted by Children and Youth? o What are the commitments of the governments to the National and Continental polices and strategies of the youth? o What is the level of participation of the youth in Civil Societies and what is the development of the Civil Societies?
