	Let us share this article! Hi Everyone! Good news: the CDC may begin recommending MC (circumcision) for all newborn boys in the US. One really important point is that because the American Academy of Pediatrics does not consider MC as medically essential, most states' Medicaid programs don't cover it. The NGO "Intact America" that opposes MC made this assertion: "Studies in Africa found only that circumcision reduces HIV infection risk, not that it prevents infection". I'm saddened that this group is getting media attention given their outright false claims: "There is NO link between circumcision of baby boys and better health."
