	Dear All Hope my email finds you well. In our World AIDS Day (WAD) preparations please fill in your contact information, groups and your main contacts to furnish us with their contact details. I here attach the database to include the contacts. Can you send it to me when you are done receiving the information. You may as well forward me their emails attached with their contacts. The contact information requested is for those who will want WAD materials from World AIDS Campaign for the campaigning. The contact information would be used to ship the materials to them and you. This would be sent out together with the GYCA WAD Toolkit to guide people on organizing campaigns during WAD. The proposed due date for this information is the 9th July 2009 so that I compile the database and send it Off. Please send me an email for further information.
