	THE CONSULTATION ON EMPLOYMENT FOR GYAN NAME: TOPE BELLO AGE: 30 NATIONALITY: NIGERIA CONTRY OF RESDIDENCE: LAGOS; NIGERIA ORGANIZATION: YOUTH DISCOVERY AND RE-ORIENTATION (YDRO) Overview; God created Man with the ability to justify his needs through the available resources in his possession. The individual skills and potentials should be embraced to increase in Youth employment and productivity. Education; The tertiary institutions in Nigeria should imbibe the global Educational system through the probity of teaching, research and practice. If am in the position to amend educational system in Nigeria, the structures wont be tampered with, I will only descends on the scope and focus of education in order to compete with the global educational system and to be successful in tackling the future challenges. The schools can improve the transition from school to work through comprehensive training and research program on the current job market in producing worthy candidates for the current job targets. Training; There should be a body or mechanism where individual and capital potentials can be enhanced through research and building to aid the current state of unemployment. The current training programs should imbibe the idea of fairness, equity and transparency in conduct, also to make sure that all cases are attended to without being influenced by status or position in the society. They should be consigned of the set goals and adequate funding should be formulated. Microeconomic and National Policy; Government should formulate a do it yourself policy where adequate funding of the capital projects can be enacted in provision for job opportunity where Banks will be directed to give out unconditional loan to the individual and grass-root projects. Every government is a subject of global economy through trade and exchange, the government should use the economy proceeds to alleviate the youth unemployment and expose youths to the global economic trends to suppress youth unemployment. Conclusion; With the autonomous power of GYAN, a recommendation should be forwarded to the U.N, World Bank and other international organizations rendering aids and assistance to Africa to consider local bodies and organizations by funding those that has lots to do with the youth employment. They can fund from the total aids going to various government because youth are the engine room of a prosperous Nation, this will also help in provision of employment and capital building because it will enhance grass-root participation on youth employment, the government training program has never been benefited to the grass-root while funds received from international bodies has not been adequately used for the aimed purposes.
