	hello everyone, I am Yvonne nyenty by name and i'm a female of 25 yrs old.i am a cameroonian by nationality but i look at myself as a person of no origin since i fit anywhere in the world.my organisation is called GLOBAL ENDOWNMENT. Employment is an issue that has to really be looked on,especially in developing countries.In cameroon to be precise we have alot going on as far as employment is concerned.so many youths leave from school,stay at home for yrs without availability of jobs.even if jobs come up,they are asked for yrs of experience which no 0ne can have without having a job. Education is a tough side in cameroon.many children dont go to school due to lack of fundings.even when there is funding schools itself are not too comfortable for youths,i mean education is by far lacking here in africa especially in cameroon. Training is another issue that is a hard topic. professionalism is not a common practice here in cameroon.its is hard for even university education to provide training for the students. i think the government is not doing enough to encourage education.it says it has put up structures for primary education to be free but at the end point it is not free.it is still hard for soo many children to go to schools.even government schools are has fees that are above the average parents to pay. well i think employment has a lot to do with education.with little education very fee people can be employed and with little training so is the case.the issue of job expertise b4 people are offeered jobs too is really causing havoc. yvonne nyenty global endownment buea,cameroon +237-77063173
