GUiC +10 in Vancouver: Agenda & Information

GUiC+10 is three weeks away! Things are coming together and it's looking to
be an exciting event - the largest international GUiC get together ever!
Last count we were at 80+ expected participants, with team reps coming from
Kenya, Japan, Mexico, Norway, and Australia as well as from throughout the
US and Canada.
There is no official registration, but we would like to know who's planning
to come so we can be prepared in terms of space, food and other logistics.
Some people coming have completed GUiC projects, some are in process, and
some are looking to get started. We hope to create a highly interactive
environment and agenda that will meet all your needs, and move us all
forward as a network of people and organizations committed to action
research and community change with children and youth.
GUiC is a group creation, and so is GUiC+10. The Draft Agenda in the
attached document is a starting point and much if it will be shaped when we
get together and get into our discussions. If there is something you want
to make sure is included in the agenda, please let us know.
Sorry for the rush of information. Please see logistical information in the
following email. We will send out weekly updates between now and June 14.
A lot of pieces have been falling into place.

We are still trying to secure support for some of our friends from afar to
join us in Vancouver. If we are unsuccessful, we will work at creating an
online environment to share what is happening at the workshop and give you
an opportunity for input and participation via the internet.
