	Hello All! I for one, am finished with exams!!! Woohoo! And I am ready to get back to some serious work on our initiative! If you are finished with exams congrats!, and if not, then hang in there and good luck! Hopefully all of you have read over the document outlining different thoughts and ideas for the group, and I really encourage your input and thoughts! So if you haven't already, take some time to read it over...it is just a starting point and your ideas and thoughts are needed! Also, Dake, one of our fellow members is drafting a preliminary constitution for the organization for everybody to look at and add their input! That should be up sometime within the next couple of days, so look out for that! At this point we need to discuss what we want the main goals of this organization to be and also the structure. The document I posted can start as a starting point, and we can go from there with all of your thoughts and ideas. I look forward to all of your input, ideas and suggestions! Don't hesitate to post messages/documents, etc. I would really love to hear from you guys! Again, good luck to everyone with exams, and to all of those who are done, congrats!
