The Global Human Rights Leadership Training Institute (GHRLTI) is a global training program initiated by the Human Rights Development International (aka. Human Rights & Justice Group Int’l) established to train and support new generations of human rights educators, advocates and volunteers who will in turn integrate such learning efforts in their various communities aimed at fostering a global culture of human rights.

The GHRLDI training focuses on international human rights standards, current human rights issues and human rights learning strategies. It equally undertakes exploration of human rights principles and instruments, ongoing critical reflection, inquiry and extensive sharing of experiences which allow participants to strengthen their leadership capacity to engage in effective human rights learning efforts to achieving the Millennium Development Goals, MDGs.
