	Dear Universities Somewhere on your campus there is a group of dedicated students planning for Fairtrade Fortnight 2009. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about our printed Fairtrade organic cotton shopping bags which are a brilliant way to promote your institution's commitment to Fairtrade. Our producer partners in KVKuppam have produced printed cotton bags for several Universities and colleges, as well as a huge variety of other organisations. With the awareness of the environmental impact of our plastic carrier-bag habit increasing everyday, reusable organic cotton bags will no doubt be popular with your students and staff. They would be made and printed to your design using traditional silkscreen printing by a small group of women in the South Indian village of KVKuppam, the cotton itself is grown by small-scale organic cotton farmers in Gujarat.
